Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. First Edition. Inscribed simply, "Best Wishes" and signed by "Edgar D. Gooding, Texas Ranger". Below this, the book is inscribed, "I hope you enjoy this by one of our Greatest Generation" and signed by co-author, Robert Nieman. Book and jacket in FAIR TO GOOD CONDITION ONLY. Blue cloth boards have several faint stain spots, as well as a darker (dime-sized) stain on back. Noticeable forward lean to spine. Contents largely in good shape, with the exception that several pages are earmarked (upper corner folded down). Jacket has some wrinkling and creases, but no tears. Someone has a drawn a large, simple map on the reverse (blank) side of the jacket. Signed by Author(s).
