Not for sale in book stores" Name, place and date on front end page (Manitoba, 1st July 1897) also book store stamp (Second Hand Magazines 213 Carrall St. Vancouver, BC). This book has been read many times and has many flaws. The binding is loose and pages 139 to 142 are missing (part of Disadvantages of Celibacy and Old Maids) and part of the index is missing. As well as sex education, there are beauty tips, letter writing, rules on etiquette, conversation, medical advice, home lessons in mesmerism. Illustrated throughout 5.5 X 7" 505 pages.
