Foxing of top edge of pageblock. The unclipped jacket is rough with edge wear, chips, tears and dampstaining. 17 plates plus 2 fold out plates in rear all in great condition.

The front part of dj is fully separated at the spine and both parts are laid in. DJ also has a lot of chipping, edgewear, soil/tanning, and is brittle. Book itself is VG, with some sunning on cover, pages lightly tanned, and soil on edge. Oversize book extra shipping charges will apply for international and priority orders as this will not fit into a flat rate envelope.

Condition: Used - Very Good. 1958. Hardcover. Cloth, lxiii 480 pp, 34 text illustrations, 40 plates, including 2 fold-outs. Cloth is scuffed, especially along spine. Front hinge is just starting, althought binding is very strong. Although not attractive, this copy is Very Sound. Very Good.
