Soft cover. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. This is a large format estate sale catalogue for farms and lands at Stoke Prior in Herefordshire, measuring over 17 inches tall, running to six printed pages and contains the loosely inserted large folding plan. The catalogue has been folded in half, the paper has browned and the pages and covers are split along the central fold line throughout The plan has some creasing wear, and a small hole, handwritten annotations to the map, which were most likely done at the time of the sale. THE CATALOGUE IS IN A FRAGILE STATE AND WILL NEED TO BE HANDLED WITH CARE THERE ARE LONGS SPLITS TO THE PAGES ALONG THE CENTRAL FOLD LINES THROUGHOUT THE CATALOGUE.

Bayley Newcastle and Hanley, this is a rare original large format auction poster, measuring 40 inches by 25 inches approx., advertising and auction of 13 properties in the Stoke On Trent area, the poster has been folded and will be posted that way, paper is a little brittle and there is some noticeable loss along fold lines at top of poster, splits to other fold lines else in good general condition.
