This is a large format estate sale catalogue for farms and lands at Stoke Prior in Herefordshire, measuring over 17 inches tall, running to six printed pages and contains the loosely inserted large folding plan. The catalogue has been folded in half, the paper has browned and the pages and covers are split along the central fold line throughout The plan has some creasing wear, and a small hole, handwritten annotations to the map, which were most likely done at the time of the sale.
