Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Reading copy and has been affected by damp but the inner pages are mostly unaffected. Staining and spotting to the inside boards and end pages, picture pages have page sticking marks. dj has staining on the inside, light fade to the spine with rubbing at the top and small closed tear. Some grub marks on outer page edges, 448 pages.
