Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No markings, annotations, or inscriptions. Internally fine. Unclipped dust jacket. No tears or conspicuous damage, some sporadic marks (e.g. to the back fore edge), else in excellent order. Green cloth with bright gilt titling to the spine. The boards remain clean, sharp, and fine. Thus: an excellent copy for its age (second impressioin, 1954), now a little aged in appearance. Translated with an Introduction and Notes by Gilbert Murray.
