Soft cover. Condition: Fair. 4pp document signed by both parties. The first part contains outlines the tasks, duties and conditions pertainiing to the position and in the second part Coffey agrees to the terms and conditions outlined. The Lord Mayor has signed it in his capacity as Lord mayor and also as a Justiceof the Peace. Worn, creased, stainedand with tears. Some fading of text, but pretty much entirely legible. Signed by both on 5th May 1915. Signed by Author.
