The top and bottom edges of the spine strip are a little frayed. Four board corners each have a 1/8 in. threadbare spot. One board corner has a 3/8 in. threadbare spot. The binder's glue has darkened the gutters. The last page has a 1/2 in. closed tear in the margin by the spine. The top end of the text block has a faint water stain. DJ: Most of the top margin of the front flap is clipped. The front panel has a 2 5/8 in. closed tear on the left hand side; it is covered on the print side with tape that has tanned. The top edge has chips, up to 3/8 in., closed tears, up to 3/4 in., a few scrapes and crease lines, and four pieces of tape, which has tanned wrapped on both sides of the edge. The bottom edge is much less thus. The back flap's fold has darkened, and pinholes are in most of its length. Scans e-mailed upon request.
