Hardcover. Condition: Poor. No Jacket. owner's signature on flyleaf and a small pencil scribble on next blank sheet. Otherwise no marks or underlining in text. The pages are in tact, but the binding is exposed in areas and tentative. There is something that borders on magical about having a 125 year old Illinois History book in your hand (that looks its age.) The text is written in a voice such that the modern reader feels as if he is listening to an old wise friend who has seen the state when it was young. Fun. All for only $17.50 deliverd to you free.
