The cover has some chipping, particularly on the spine and corners, reflecting its vintage nature. Reginald Percival Claude Adolphus Van Bibber was a little black cat known as Fraidy cat. He was afraid of the steam from his porridge, the dark, dogs and water. One day his mother sends him to the Dr. Owl who teaches him a trick to combat his fright. The book is illustrated with color pictures. Size: 6.75 x 7.75.
