      No Binding. Condition: Very Good. Collection of two original printed letters from the Manhattan Paint Company of Cleveland, Ohio. One letter is dated March 18, 1922. The other letter is dated April 4, 1923. Company letterhead printed at top of each letter. Printed in black and purple ink on light beige paper. 8 1/2" x 10 1/2." Two pages. Letters are very clean and intact except for minuscule age toning, fold lines (perhaps original), a few wrinkles, and a few black specks. Very Good copies. A collection of two printed promotional letters from the Manhattan Paint Company, a manufacturer of paints and roofing materials. The letters are addressed to Charles F. Nelson of Olalla, Washington. Both letters have the facsimile signature of company secretary S. (?) Chappell. In both letters, Chappell promotes the company's "Liquid Roofseal.".
