Insulin was discovered at the University of Toronto in 1921, this book was first published in 1925 to provide guidance for those living on the new fangled life saver. Very gently read. Handful of small circular stains (located in the recipe section!), light foxing and a bit of soiling otherwise the interior is clean and unmarked. Very thin card covers are covered with a red vinyl-like cloth. Halfway between a hardcover and a softcover. Boards are gently rubbed and bumped to extremities, title and devices to spine are barely legible. Scarce in any condition.…
