Issues for Aout/Sept not included--perhaps not published.) 754 p., total, on strong though tan paper; ex-lib. with call number on spine and penciled marks on upper t.p., with stamp of Smithsonian Institution National Museum, as well as on the cover of the wrappers of the six issues within--but without other stamps and labels and no envelope in back because this volume did not circulate. Beautiful marbled boards and edges--but there was a spill at upper edge block near spine that has left stains at upper gutters of front matter and first ten pages of the Jan-fev issue,and occasionally at upper edges of other issues; blemish; many drawings, photos and diagrams (some fold-out, on superior unaged paper), tables, equations, etc.; binding firm. Brown boards have still bright gilt lettering on spine, but lightly bumped corners and slight rubbing at crown and foot of spine--three small puckers along spine and a small damp mark near crown.
