Original stiffened card covers, chips to spine plus a few marks to sides. Map in excellent condition, just a few very light spots of foxing. Text block tight and clean. A VG+ copy of this scarce guide. Harry Charles Lukach served as private secretary to the High Commissioner of Cyprus (19111912) and as commissioner of Famagusta (19181920). He died in Cyprus, where he often spent the winter, on 11 May 1969. Previous edition of the Handbook were published in 1903, 1904, 1905, 1907, 1909, and 1913, the original editors being J.T. Hutchinson and C.D. Cobham. Book.
