Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. pp: 409. Pale green pictorial card covers. Likely the most complete history of Rama Township to be found. The author has included a brief history of the origin of the township, early settlers, the Rama Reserve, and the geography of the area. There is a large section, about one-quarter of the text, of the genealogical descendants of important families from the area. The name are arranged alphabetically. The book continues with stories of the settlers, the agricultural background, and accounts of the many events, businesses, occurrences, and personalities of the area. This is a very good copy with some sunning to the covers. Other than the name of a previous owner on the free end paper, there are no notes or markings in the text.
