Cover is light blue, printed in a dark purple-blue and green, shows some moderate wear. Pages lightly age-toned, some with pencilled underlining and small bits of marginalia to page 50. Black and white illustrations. Includes, but is by no means limited to, articles on the CCF and NDP; the exploitation of youth; the C.E.G.E.P.
