First in the series Calendars of American Literary Manuscripts. 8vo, black boards with brick red quarter, gilt lettering on black inset on spine, barely worn with sharp corners, a little foxing to top edge, in unclipped DJ with wear to corners and light soil, 3/4" tear and surface losses to front panel. Pencilled bookstore notations on ffep and rear pastedown, pages bright and unmarked.
