Locklin's poems are based upon a collection of jazz CDs sent him by Weber. Locklin was an educator in California at several universities and colleges. He was also a friend of Bukowski. He died of Covid-19 in January of 2021 one month from his 80th birthday.

Presentation mentions Locklin's pride for being published by Ambit. Very good.
