Issue thirteen of Tar Magazine, themed around 'heat', featuring thermal imaging "thermodynamic storytelling" and other photographic experiments by 'Reinhardt' (an Effimera Fondazione related entity known for its post-internet aesthetic outlook). Listed contributors include Frank Ghery, Brian Eno, David Byrne, Tania Bruguera, Nico Vascellari, Laurent Piemontesi, posthumous featured work of John Cage, Berkay Bugdanoglu, Bisan Abu Eisheh, Shadi Ghadirian, Abdulnasser Gharem, Sam Lewitt, Shirin Neshat, Lital Dotan / Eyal Perry (Glasshouse), and Matteo Casari.
