Originally published in 1668 as part of "Een vrye conferentie noopende den legenwoordigen staet van Engelandt"; another German translation of this excerpt was published in 1674 as "Klare Darstellung derer Raths-Pflegungen beym Hofe von England" Cf. Knuttel 10908.
