Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. First Printing in February,1999 with the full number line. Oversize volume bound in dark blue cloth with title and author in gilt on the spine. Covers are sun-toned on the edges. Corners are sharp and the binding is firm. Light foxing on the bottom edges. Small areas of discoloration near the bottom edges of the ffe, half title page and the title page. The initials'M.M.M" are printed on the ffe. Otherwise, the book is clean, tight and unmarked. DJ is in good condition with a .75" closed tear near the bottom corner of front panel, and rippling of the spine panel. The original price is inside on the front flap. Profusely illustrated with photographs and diagrams in black and white. 8.75 " X 11.25" 391 pp.
