Work contains hundreds of quotes by German-Jewish author, essayist, scholar and literary critic, Nahida Ruth Lazarus. Quotes relate to work and profession, education, Science, nature, play and humor, friendship, moral and religion, truth, humanity, etc. Lazarus contributed many essays to the Vossische Zeitung, Monatszeitung, and Westermann's Monatshefte about history, art, sociology and theatrical criticism.
