Hardcover no dust jacket. Binding of yellow cloth with titles in brown to front board in good only condition with spine missing , rubbing to all edges and generally a little mucky. Inside front board a little slack with all pages in very good clean condition with a little toning, a few pencil annotations and the very odd spot. Plate Volume - Complete with the 10 heavy card b/w and colour plates. Card folded case with white paper title labels to front cover in good condition with a few splits to side and some old marks. The ten plates are in very good condition with some faint foxing and marks. The Rorschach test was devised and organized by Herman Rorschach, who was born in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1884 and died in 1922. His early death was a great loss to psychiatry in general and to Swiss psychiatry in particular. He was an extremely versatile man with a sound character and a practical grasp of scientific knowledge together with an inexhaustible interest in research. The Rorschach test, often referred to as the "ink blot test," test is a projective psychological test in which subjects' perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analyzed using psychological interpretation that is still in use today.
