Softcover. Condition: Very Good. Uncorrected proof in the form of oblong bound galleys, two pages per leaf, printed on rectos only, spiral bound in pale blue wrappers with printed paper label. Some foxing and soiling on the wrappers, faint sticker shadow on front wrap, publisher's promotional letter paperclipped onto the first leaf, very good. An uncommon biography, it is very unlikely that many copies where produced in this format.
