Soft cover. Condition: Good. First Edition. 1914. 58pp. This book contains notes and lists taken from the various extant Records of Cartsburn Parish Church, Greenock, edited from the records by K.A. Macleay, so that the chief happenings and histories would be at hand in the Diamond Jubilee Year of the Congregation. Sewn into overlapping 'yapp' style paper covers, the book is in fair condition and is probably best regarded as being a reading and reference copy. The covers are shelf worn with some stains and soiling and the overlapping edges of the covers are creased with several tears. The corners and spine ends of the cover are creased and curled with small pieces missing. The contents are secure and clean although the pages are browned. The corners of the pages are curled and some are dog-eared. The title page has a tear of about 1/2" on the fore edge.
