Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. xiii+123 pages with diagrams. Duodecimo (6 1/4" x 5") bound in original publisher's red cloth with gilt lettering to spine. signed by Bedrich Bosch Betts: 40-8). First edition. Contains 100 self-mates selected form the 203 entered for the tourney with solutions (pages 106-116) and 5 other compositions specially contributed for this book. In all, 105 problems, comprising 39 two-movers, 35 three-movers and 31 four-movers. Bedrich Bosch [1886-1934], famous Czech chess composer. His compositions were published by M. Soukup in the Chess Art no. 6 under the title Memory of Bedrich Bosch [Mokrı 82]. Condition: Signature on title page by Bedrich Bosch. Corners bumped, touch of rubbing to extremities else very good. Signed by Author(s).
