Attractive and tight second printing. Near the center of the half-title page the author inscribes and signs large and bold in his handsome script -- "With best wishes, / John D. Near the top of this page is a small nonauthorial gift inscription, and near the bottom of this page is a circular blind-embossed ownership imprint.
