La famille Quilleryer était une famille de marchand d'Orléans, celle de Philippes une famille de marchands de Paris. Jérôme Quilleryer fut secrétaire du duc de Nevers, trésorier de la province de Champagne, contrôleur des tailles en l'élection de Rethel. Le duc de Nevers Charles Ier de Mantoue (1580-1637) était aussi duc de Rethel et gouverneur de Champagne de 1589 à 1631. Cela explique les fonctions de Quilleryer. Rare document.
