Solid and VG+ to Near Fine (light offsetting at the inner hinges) in a crisp, VG to VG+ dustjacket, with mild soiling along the panels and a touch of light wear to the spine crown. Thick octavo, authored by Benjamin Javits, the older brother of the legendary New York senator Jacob Javits.

First Edition. Signed and Inscribed by author and front free endpaper. Octavo, original brown boards with decorative printed titles, bound in black textured cloth with green spine titles, in original decorative printed dustjacket.
