Hardcover. Condition: Good. Very Rare. The brown boards are rubbed with some bumping to the edges and corners, with title clear to the spine and wear to edges. Tanned page edges, stain to inside back cover. Otherwise the binding is firm and the pages appear clean and crease free with some tanning. This book has 214 pages. All in… all a nice example of this book.
