Love, Kenward." Wraps faintly rubbed and a little dust-soiled along spine; tiny chip at top corner of rear cover; small faint stain at top edge of half-title page, not infringing upon inscription or text. Kenward Elmslie was a writer, publisher, and performer associated with the New York School of poetry. He collaborated with the composer Claibe Richardson on the theatrical productions "Lola," and Truman Capote's "The Grass Harp." A nice association copy.
