Hardcover. Condition: Good. First edition. Red leatherette quarto with gilt titles and cover illustration. First edition, lacking dustjacket, most likely as issued. A good only copy with a 2" tear from the heel of the spine up the front joint - binding and hinges not impacted - it's just unattractive. General shelf-wear and corner bump to the rear bottom. Previous owner's bookplate to the front endpaper along with a date - appears to be the only marking in the book. Solid binding, clean pages. 701 pp., indexed, black and white and color photos throughout, some are quite graphic. Oversize and overweight, will require additional shipping for expedited or international orders.
