Jacket is pale blue co…nstruction paper with red band top and bottom. 95c on flap Jacket has 3/8" deep chip from top of spine wrapping around 2" at top of front cover. Same at bottom of spine of jacket but only 1/2" into front cover. Jacket seperated at the rear spine fold as I was putting a mylar cover on it. The mylar cover completey hides the tear along the fold. Looks to be early 20th century.
