Browning to both sets of endpapers and bottom edge of some pages are not cut flush with others. Pages o/w clean and tidy.

Condition: Good. First edition hard back binding in publisher's original strawberry cloth covers, gilt title lettering to the spine and to the upper panel. Quarto. 10'' x 8''. Contains 236 printed pages of text with many monochrome illustrations throughout. Spine and edges of the covers sun faded, corners turned-in, hinges sound and in Good clean condition. Member of the P.B.F.A. DICKENS, Charles (1812-1870).
