Set in Galliard at The Folio Society. Printed on Lessebo Paper at Karl Grammlich GmbH, Pliezhausen, Germany. Quarter-bound in cloth by Lachenmaier, Reutlingen, Germany, with Modigliani Paper sides printed and blocked with a design by Jonny Hannah.
