Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. 27 x 21 cm. 6 no. volumes all in similar condition published between 1918-1921. Grey paper on board with grey cloth to spine and applied paper titles. Externally: some grubbiness, wear and scattered foxing due to not ideal storage. Foxing and toning to end papers also. Internally entirely… clean with A1 binding. Tipped-in photographic plates and short biographies for all 631 Harrovians who fell in the First World War. Included are 6 no. double-sided details of price and availability of individual biographies from each volume printed. In addition a further separate notice of regret at the need for a 6th. volume adds particular poignancy to the last volume.
