There is a school inscription dated 1942 on the first page, clean cream pages and rather wobbly binding - all pages are present and the stitching is holding. The paper-covered boards with 'tipped-in' picture has wear and tearing along the spine and a tape ghost bottom rh front. Ameliaranne longs for her very own doll - especially the beautiful wax doll in the toy shop window.
