Issued in an edition of 52 lettered copies, from which this example is marked 'PC', and signed by the author in black ink to the limitation page. 'Elsewhere' was originally published as a novella in 1999, appearing in Al Sarrantonio's '999: New Stories of Horror and Suspense', a collection of previously unpublished short stories and novellas.
