This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates (there is a very slight crease to the spine toward the top edge which is not particularly objectionable). The slipcase is also in nice condition with no tears or splits (there is a little sunning to the top portion of one side). The Heritage Press imprint indicates that it was published in 1970; however, the Norwalk place of publication means that it was published sometime between 1976 and 1983. ; B&W Illustrations; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 294 pages.

Please Note that there is whitish spotting to the top gilt edge and to about 1" of the front gilt edge--it is not clear to me what caused this. Other than this issue this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings and no signs of wear; there are no ownership names or bookplates. This book appears to have been unread.
