Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. Alan Orthof; W. Holloway (illustrator). The cover has blue cloth. 227 pages; 30 chapters; b/w figures; appendix; index. The ends of the spine strip are a little rubbed. The boards' bottom, front corners are a little bumped. The endpapers have tanned; the front one has an address label. Four pages each have two 1/8 in., light stains.The bottom third of one page has spots where the paper is a little roughened. DJ: Closed tears, up to 2 1/2 in., and chips, up to a linear 1 in., are along the top and bottom edges. About half of the back panel has darkened. The folds and extremities have rubbed spots.
