Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Not dated. In very good tan cloth boards, gilt publisher's logo to front, gilt titles to spine. The boards are flat, unmarked and quite tight; edges firm. Clean, white end papers; name of previous owner in red pen on front free end paper. The top corner of front free end paper has been cut off. Dark grey tinted top cut edge; the fore and tail edges are lightly tanned. The text block is in very good condition, firm, straight and not tanned or foxed or marked, "with over 130 illustrations" (b/w plates). Not annotated. Without jacket.
