Deze mooie ''Art Nouveau''… geïllustreerde dichtbundel verscheen 3 jaar voor Hendrik De Marez de Beatrijs legende uitgaf, eveneens geïllustreerd door Doudelet. De houtsneden in Betrijs werden door Doudelet op het blok getekend en gesneden door de Antwerpse houtsnijder E. Pellens. Naar alle waarschijnlijkheid werd ''Mijn Herte Weet'' op dezelfde manier vervaardigd. Uitzonderlijk mooi bewaard exemplaar...
