During the inter~war years there was a massive immigration of Jews into Palestine which seriously disturbed the demographic, economic and social balance of the territory. The result was that by 1948 the Jews were in a position to attain their statehood in Palestine by force of arms. The Palestinian Arabs have been denied the like opportunity by the same methods. This book contains an account of these events and a legal analysis of their nature and consequences. Sooner or later, the tensions of the region which have already erupted into four major wars are likely to explode into a fifth, unless justice be done to the Palestinian Arabs and peace for all in the region realized. This book advances proposals for such a peaceful solution based upon justice according to law.
