Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. 1st Edition. First edition, Nd, c. 1840. The second book is also undated but is of a similar date. Thirty full page engraved plates in the first book and 34 full page engraved plates in the second book. Some light marking in places. All edges gilt. Bound in a half leather with cloth sides b…y Bayntun. Marbled endpapers. Leather is heavily rubbed around the edges and raised bands. The top of the spine is frayed and slightly split. Both titles labels are missing. Corners rubbed and frayed. Still a good solid copy. The first volume has 203 pages and the second volume has 158 pages. Engraved plates throughout. (illustrator).
