Condition: Good. First edition (hardback). 8vo (26cm by 18cm), xix, 478pp. Text illustrations, folding map. Original brown cloth, no dustwrapper (as issued). There is some minor rubbing of the binding, some minor tanning of the endpapers, and a bookplate and ownership inscription to the front endpaprs; overall, this book is in good to very good condition. Inserted at the back of the book is a 10pp printed supplement (in green card wrappers) by Harold D Mitchell & Robert F Andrle.
