In very good pale green linen effect pale green cloth boards, with blind stamped posy of flowers to front and green titles to spine. The boards are tight and flat, with slight fading around the edges, frayed corners and a beige coloured spine. T…he free end papers are slightly tanned; the front paste down has a tiny white bookseller's sticker from George's, Bristol. The text block is illustrated with detailed drawings and the pages are securely attached, even and unmarked. The fore and tail edges are deckled. No dedications etc. Very good condition. Without jacket.

Harler. Rebound in a cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart, with some light marks to the boards and spine. A little discolouration to the head and tail of the spine. Reviews and letters to the paste downs, recto of the front endpaper, and to the rear endpapers. Some edge wear to the dust wrapper, with chips to the head of the spine, and some smaller closed tears. A little rubbing to the spine. Spine and front wrap are a little age-toned, with some light marks, including a couple of spots to the reverse. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
