The brown cloth cover has an illustration on the front board which is a little worn in places. There is some fraying at the spine. The top edge is dust stained. The corners are slightly bumped and almost frayed but complete.Tops and bottom of the spine show evidence of general wear but are complete and the book is cocked. There is a booksellers stamp in the front. There is a slight gutter crack after the title page (see photo) but there are no loose pages. On the back EP there is a list in pencil appearing to detail a previous owners reading diary of this book!
