The first full-length book on the Little Big Horn battle. Still today - nearly 95 years later - considered one of the best and most unbiased ever written. Graham personally knew many who fought in the battle and used their remembrances to write the book. A very nice collectible copy in the scarce dust jacket.

Add to basket48 x 31 1/4 inches. This is a large scale map of pre- Civil War Chicago. It is focused on the harbor but 2/3 of the map is the street grid of Chicago. Measuremnts were taken from the city Hall Dome. The area covered is from Monroe Street on the south to Chicago Avenue on the north. The Lake is on the east to DesPlaines on the west. The Chicago River is shown to split into the north branch and south Branch. This is a rare map in fair condition with loss of external neatline on the left and a a two inch by 1 inch loss on the left not affecting any important feature. Fai condition. the map is on thin paper with loss of left external neatline most like happening when bound. There is a 2 inch by 1 inch loss in the left border.
