The hinges are sound and undamaged, the corners are sharp and unbumped. There is no writing, underlining, highlighting, or markings of any such kind in the book. All pages are clean and stain-free, and all text is sharp and legible. The dustjacket is clean and stain-free, complete and intact, has just a touch of wear and tear at and near the top of the spine, but very little wear otherwise, does have 3 vertical creases, one down the spine, one down the front, and one the back, from appaently being stored flat separately from the book at some point (not as bad as it sounds).
