(This is number 367) With the sixty facsimilies finely produced in black and white on full-page plates with descriptive text on the verso, several of which are double-page. Folio, in the publisher's original brown cloth backed in navy blue buckram, the spine gilt lettered and with gilt along the backing edge, in the original brown paper-covered slipcase trimmed with blue cloth and with a large printed paper lettering label on the upper side. The book represents the talents of several of New England's finest tradesmen. The text letterpress was printed on the press of David Godine in Brookline, Massachusetts. The very fine facsimiles of the broadsides were all photographed directly from the originals and printed by the Meriden Gravure Company of Connecticut. The binding and slipcase is by Robert Burlen and Son of Boston. As this item is both over sized and heavy, there will be an extra charge for priority mail or for shipping outside the United States.
